This new 2,800 square foot house was designed to be a highly sustainable, energy efficient, net zero energy home. The structural wall system consists of prefabricated Bamcore bamboo panels, eliminating the use of traditional wood framing. Included in the home are raised wood floors with a hydronic heating system, gray water reuse system, solar power, and drought resistance landscaping. A detached studio sits adjacent to the main house allowing both buildings views of the pool.
